You can write to the Helo Health Support Team to receive assistance any time, by following these simple steps:

By Helo profile:

  1. Log into your Helo Health profile.
  2. Click on your name, located on the top right side of the screen > My Account.
  3. Click on Contact us, located on the left side of the screen, under your personal information.
  4. Choose your preferred language and complete the form. When ready, click Submit.

By Info Center:

  1. Go in the Helo Health Info Center.
  2. Scroll down the homepage until you find the Need more information? Banner. 
  3. Select your preferred language by clicking on the appropriate flag, and complete the form. 
  4. When ready, click Submit.
