You can write to the Helo Health Support Team to receive assistance any time, by following these simple steps:
By Helo profile:
- Log into your Helo Health profile.
- Click on your name, located on the top right side of the screen > My Account.
- Click on Contact us, located on the left side of the screen, under your personal information.
- Choose your preferred language and complete the form. When ready, click Submit.
By Info Center:
- Go in the Helo Health Info Center.
- Scroll down the homepage until you find the Need more information? Banner.
- Select your preferred language by clicking on the appropriate flag, and complete the form.
- When ready, click Submit.
